Tskenya-Sarah Frazer BCAc is an award-winning Forbes featured inclusion, business and sustainability specialist. Over the past nine years, Tskenya has supported global businesses in implementing intersectional strategies to ensure that an inclusive culture underpins every function, enabling them to thrive.

She has worked with global fashion, beauty, pharma, advertising and hospitality brands and acted as an advisor to His Majesty King Charles III and the government through her work with the Prince’s Trust International Youth Entrepreneurship Board.

Therefore, she is a passionate researcher within the space of ethno-sociogeography. Recently, she authored a book about Black British business and continues to advocate for the further representation of neurodiverse, disabled and minoritised groups within entrepreneurship and venture capital.

In 2020, Tskenya was highlighted by the Department for International Trade for her stance on ethical expansion and sustainability in relation to her own footwear brand. Her contributions to community building, social mobility and cultural representation have since been widely recognised, including receiving a Pride of Britain Award in 2023 and a British Citizenship honour in 2026.
